Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that the service delivery is monitored effectively and that identified actions to maintain or improve levels of service are implemented. This includes overseeing and measuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations, building long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, monitoring and maintaining all required financial records, and contributing to the financial planning and budgeting. He/She is also responsible for managing individuals under him/her.
